Dr Lorraine Ferris: Managing Director
Lorraine has had a 30 year career in senior management positions in the chemicals and consultancy sectors. After her PhD in Chemistry at Leeds University, she worked for ICI plc in international roles encompassing R&D, production and technology transfer. Her consultancy experience includes interim management positions within a range of companies in chemicals, pharmaceuticals and clinical science and various strategy development roles with start-up companies.
Ray Pullen: Technical & Quality Manager
Ray joined Envirocare in 2002 as Technical & Quality Manager after 23 years of working in the chemical industry, including responsibility for production, quality control, product development, customer technical service and quality assurance.
Ray represents Envirocare at the Source Testing Association where he has acted as Technical Officer and Chairman. Ray has also been active on BSI committees and in the European working group developing VOC standards.
Daniel Taylor: Environmental Services Sales Manager
Daniel graduated from the University of Leeds in 2013 with a first class Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering. He worked in an automotive engineering company, gaining experience in energy management, health and safety compliance and product validation prior to joining Envirocare in 2016. At Envirocare, Daniel works as an Environmental Consultant and more recently has moved into Sales for Environmental Services. He is qualified to MCERTS Level 2 with all four technical endorsements for stack emissions monitoring.
Andrew Davis: Principal Environmental Consultant and Operations Manager
Andrew gained an honours degree in Environmental Management from Bradford University and later a post graduate certificate in sustainable waste management from the University of Leeds. Andrew has over 15 years experience in stack emissions testing and is qualified to MCERTS Level 2 with all four technical endorsements.
Chris Davies: Senior Environmental Consultant
Chris has been a stack tester for over 15 years having previously worked for the manufacturing sector in technical and environmental roles. He has a BSc in Chemistry and is qualified to MCERTS Level 2 with all four technical endorsements.
Dagmara Kepczynska: Environmental Consultant
Dagmara joined Envirocare in 2015 having graduated from the University of Bradford with a BSc Environmental Science Degree. Before joining Envirocare, she worked on pollution monitoring in the Bradford Beck project, supporting a range of water conservation initiatives including water sampling, invasive species control and invertebrate monitoring. Dagmara is qualified to MCERTs Level 2 with Technical Endorsements 1 & 4.
Charlie Williams: Environmental Technician
Charlie joined Envirocare in 2017, having graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSc in Environmental Health. Charlie is qualified to MCERTS Level 1, and is currently working towards his technical endorsements.
Thomas Arden: Trainee Environmental Technician
Tom joined Envirocare in April 2018. Previous to this he lived in Canada and Australia. In Australia he worked in Coal mining as a Exploration Geologist for a couple of years before the downturn in mining. He then lived in Canada for 3 years and worked in supply of Environmental testing equipment. In 2018 he returned to the UK to pursue career opportunities in the Environmental Consulting sector. Tom is an MCERTS Trainee.
Daniel Rhodes: Occupational Hygiene Sales & Operational Planning Executive
After graduating from university in 2015 with a BSc in Geography, Daniel took some time out from work to travel before starting his career in sales at an engineering company, joining Envirocare in 2018.
Donald Sunderland: Occupational Hygiene, Health & Safety Consultant
Donald joined Envirocare in 2017 having worked for many years as an asbestos analyst/surveyor. He is a Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and has been since 1997.
Eleanor Lightowler: Occupational Hygiene Consultant
Ellie joined Envirocare from her MChem degree at the University of York, where she gained first-class honours with distinction. Ellie is an associate of the British Occupational Hygiene Society and is working towards the BOHS Certificate of Operational Competence in Occupational Hygiene.
Sue Klosinski: Office & Finance Manager
Sue joined Envirocare in October 2017 and has a wealth of experience having worked in financial roles for over 30 years working for various SME companies from manufacturing to service industries.
Janette Williams: Laboratory Assistant
Janette has over 20 years laboratory experience gained in the chemical industry and in educational establishments. She is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and also has an honours degree in Diagnostic Radiography. She has wide experience of laboratory work including quality control, customer technical service and product development.
