Demonstrate your compliance with the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) with MCERTS and UKAS accredited Stack Emissions Testing.
Get in touchThe Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) has been brought into force to reduce emissions of air pollutants, sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and dust, into the air. If you have a Combustion Plant on site with a rated thermal input greater than or equal to 1MWth and less than 50MWth then you will be required to obtain a permit. If you don’t know whether you need a permit you can contact our team who will be able to guide you.
Once you have obtained your Medium Combustion Plant Permit you will need to test the emissions from the units on your site in order to demonstrate your compliance. Your MCPD permit will specify ELV’s that you must adhere to and the permit will also state how frequently you must carry out stack testing.
Envirocare can provide you with UKAS and MCERTS accredited stack testing to give you the confidence that you are keeping within your MCPD permit.
